Warm Springs

I tell you, Oregon is a fascinating place. We heard about this Indian reservation called Warm Springs. It was supposed to be about an hour out of Portland. We decided to take the trip. Little did we know that it is about a two hour drive!

On the way there we stopped at a campground and gathered tourist information about Oregon. We even found a good place to camp.

It turns out that Warm Springs is East of Mt. Hood.

We had fun! We went to the Indian museum. We also got to sample Indian bread at a nearby store. The museum itself was pretty good. They had lots of exhibits about the history and culture of the Warm Springs Indians.

As you might have expected in Oregon, there was a river in Warm Springs.
